Anke Borchert
Born in Ahlen, Germany, economist with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she has lived most of her life in Spain between Madrid and Marbella. In her professional life she has held various management positions in technology multinationals until she decided to move to the exciting world of real estate where she has been working for 15 years now. Her experience includes the world of expatriate relocation services to make life easier for top executives and diplomats in their always complicated changes of residence. She has worked as a real estate agent in both, residential sales and rentals, and then as a sales manager, moving on to coordinate sales teams. Subsequently, her work was focused on the expansion of Estate agencies throughout the coast. These years dedicated to the real estate sector provided her with wide and deep knowledge of the market in Spain. She has a solid and proven experience on the Costa del Sol.
Acquiring and developing the license for the entire Costa del Sol for the VON POLL brand is “The” project to which she now devotes her enthusiasm and energy with the aim of helping owners and buyers in all aspects related to buying, selling, renting and managing real estate, offering together with her team a personal and professional service of the highest level. Paul van Melis
Paul van Melis, borned Dutch, has been living in the Costa del Sol for more than 40 years, 30 of which in real estate business. He acquired his extensive experience working as a consultant in different real estate agencies, developing the real estate project of the Benalmádena marina, being manager in a shopping centre and successfully running his own agency for eight years. His native language is Dutch, but he also speaks fluent German, Spanish and English. He is a great professional with a deep knowledge of the local market and its residential areas, with an innate competence for this world and an enthusiastic personality always at the service of our clients.
Asun Pinedo
She holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid. She has dedicated her professional career to the fashion retail sector between France and Spain, working as product manager for French-speaking countries at Loewe (LVMH) and as a buyer at Zara, Inditex. After 13 years in the private sector, she founded an online company selling made-to-measure children’s clothing. From Granada she moved to Marbella, temporarily pausing her professional development in the textile sector. Her languages, her academic training and her ability to adapt allow her to start training in the real estate sector as Team Assistant at Von Poll Marbella.
